Notice of Governing Board Decision Meeting**

The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) hereby gives notice that, in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, a Governing Board Decision Meeting for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority and the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (Applications) will be held beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications. Interested individuals may participate by registering in advance using the following link:

Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may enter executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meeting, as permitted under 1 V.I.C. § 254.
