Sunny Isle Baptist Church (SIBC) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Impact Security Window Replacement Project at its property located at #2 Karaval Melvin Evans Highway, Sunny Isle, Christiansted, VI 00823.

Project Overview

The scope of work includes the installation of 25 impact security windows. A detailed scope of work will be provided during the mandatory site evaluation visit.

Bid Requirements

  • Site Evaluation Visit: All bidders must visit the project site to assess requirements and conditions. Site visits will be conducted from March 16 through March 27, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

  • References: Bidders must provide three references from previous clients or organizations.

  • Licensing: Contractors must hold a valid UEI license and ERP certification.

  • Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on April 10, 2026.
